"A server arrives with our first foray into the fairly tame menu (don’t expect to see free-range chicken livers or locally foraged herbs here). A tower of glistening, almost translucent ahi tuna quivers over layers of crispy fried wontons and avocado. The fish is exquisitely fresh and the wonton crunch gives this standard riff on raw fish a nice textural twist. The accompanying ginger ponzu sauce is almost irrelevant. The same can be said for the sweet corn cream sauce served with our jumbo lump crab cake—frivolous. The crab cake is a joyful, pure delight, almost entirely composed of crab… who needs sauce?"

Chunks of dry ice are added to a rich purple mix of citrus vodka, Champagne, marinated berries and house-made sour mix, and the end result is a raucously bubbling brew that's guaranteed to turn heads around the bar.
